CANtreat Summer Ball 2006

Amongst the 430 guests were management and players from Bolton Wanderers Football Club, the England Cricket Captain, Andrew Flintoff, and comedian, Dave Spikey. The ball was also supported for the second year running by a number of local businesses including Halliwell Jones, and other CANtreat sponsors, many of whom have requested details of future events. Thanks must go to De Vere Whites Hotel for their management of the catering side on the night; to BWFC Corporate Sales Department for their organisation and management of the raffle and auctions; and to VW Warrington and Liverpool for the courtesy vehicles.

Guests enjoyed a sumptuous meal after which the raffle and auctions raised almost £100,000. Entertainment was then provided by comedian, Gerry Aiden, X Factor Finalists G4 and two tribute acts.
