Sportsman's Evening

The Warrington Group of Masonic Lodges held a dinner at Winmarleigh Street, Warrington, on Friday 2nd February 2007 in aid of Cantreat. 150 guests enjoyed the address by the main speaker, John McGovern, ex profesional footballer, captain of Nottingham Forest's European Cup winning sides. The event was superbly managed by comedian, Gary Marshall, who also acted as Director of Ceremonies.

Thanks to the generosity of those present, with the help of the auction and raffle, a sum of £3,400 was raised for the Charity.
